How can I take care of my Alara's jewelry?

To preserve its shine and delicacy, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water, and harsh chemicals; apply these products before wearing your jewelry and remove your pieces before sleeping or engaging in physical activities. Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth and store in a cool, dry place, preferably individually to prevent scratches. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its beauty and meaning for years to come.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes, all purchases at Alara’s Jewels are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds; however, in the case of defective or incorrect items, we may offer an exchange or store credit if you contact us within 3 days of delivery.

What is the return policy?

At Alara’s Jewels, each piece is carefully selected and crafted with love. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or store credit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.

Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was on our part.

What is the shipping policy?

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically range between 3–7 business days.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Alara’s Jewels is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
